Webhook delivery reliability improvements
We fixed a bug where outbound webhook notifications intermittently failed with a 60-second timeout caused by stale network connections. A proactive connection rotation mechanism now refreshes the internal connection pool every 5 minutes, ensuring webhooks are dispatched using fresh connections and improving overall delivery reliability.
