Commits offsets of the subscription
POST/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/cursors
Acknowledges the events a consumer has successfully processed by committing their cursors. Committing advances the subscription offset so that already-processed events are not delivered again on subsequent reads from the events endpoint.
