Withdrawing a Loan

Withdrawing a loan account application​

Loan accounts that are still in the approval process can be withdrawn from the process by the client or the organization, as long as the loan state is Pending Approval or Partial Application.

To withdraw a loan account application:

  1. Open the account.
  2. On the right-hand side of the screen, select Close > Withdraw.
  3. Add a note (optional).
  4. Select Close.

When a loan account is withdrawn, it will be displayed in the Closed Accounts tab for the client and it cannot be edited anymore, except for its custom field values or name. All attachments and activities are kept for future reference.

Undoing a loan withdrawal​

When a loan account is withdrawn by mistake, it can be brought back to its previous state.

To undo a loan withdrawal:

  1. Open the account.
  2. On the right-hand side of the screen, select More > Undo Withdraw.
  3. Add a note (optional).
  4. Select Change State.
