Extract loan transactions along with their type where the number of results are expected to exceed 10.000 rows (Mambu batch limit).

Usage of pagination. Data is extracted in batches of 10.000 results.
note
In the sample, the highest transaction ID exceeds 10.000. This is because some of the IDs aren't consecutive. The number of Excel results is 10,000 as expected.
