Create an accounting rate
POST/currencies/{currencyCode}/accountingRates
Creates a new accounting rate for converting amounts between a foreign currency and the organization's base currency. The new rate becomes effective from its startDate (or immediately when omitted) and supersedes the previously active rate for the same currency pair.
