Lock loan account income sources (interest, fees, penalties)
POST/loans/{loanAccountId}/lock-transactions
Locks the specified income sources on a loan account. All request body fields are optional; lockedAccountTotalDueType can only be set when the corresponding feature toggle is enabled, otherwise it must be omitted.
