Agent Studio
Mambu Agents is currently available as a Limited Availability feature. To request access or more information, contact your Mambu account executive or your customer success manager.
Agent Studio is the control plane behind every agent. It is where agents are shaped, governed, and monitored: every agent's parameters, guardrails, skills, connections and permissions live in one place, fully configurable.
What You Do in Agent Studio
- Create and configure agents. Configure Mambu's pre-built agents, their skills, connections and knowledge, or build your own.
- Set guardrails. Define an agent's parameters, response controls, and how it should behave in production.
- Manage access. Control who can use each agent, and who can administer the Studio itself.
- Observe. Track configuration and access changes in the audit log.
The availability of these functionalities may depend on the product tier of your account's subscription. To find out more, contact your Mambu account executive or your customer success manager.
Global Settings
In Global Settings you manage:
- Studio Access. Who can view or manage Agent Studio.
- Subscription Portal Access. Who can reach the Subscription Portal.
Roles
Studio Access determines who can work in Agent Studio. It is granted as Admin or Editor.
Subscription Portal Access determines who can work in the Subscription Portal. It is granted as Controller.
Each role's exact permissions are shown in the application when you assign it.
The Audit Log
Agent Studio keeps an audit log of configuration and access changes across the tenant, which can support compliance processes and troubleshooting:
- Configuration changes. Who changed an agent's DNA, skills, guardrails or connections, and when.
- Access changes. Who granted or revoked access to an agent or to the Studio.
Where relevant, an entry includes a change summary and a before-and-after comparison. It records the change, the person, and the time, and does not store the banking data an agent returns.
Subscription
Your subscription, consumption and limits are managed in the Subscription Portal, a separate application reached from Agent Studio. Access is limited to users granted the Controller role on the Subscription Portal Access tab in Global Settings. For what the portal offers, see Consumption Controls & User Limits.
