Create interest availabilities for a group of accounts

Allows the user to create, get, update or delete Interest Availabilities.

The interest availability endpoints are representing an Early Access feature and are not currently available to all clients. For more information on each endpoint and the roll out plan please refer to the Interest Rates Management Enhancements support page.
